Our Stay in the ecobee Smart House during SXSW

There are always cool brand activations during SXSW, but when ecobee asked not only myself, but my family, to stay in their connected house in Austin, I couldn't wait! Our home isn't what I would call a "fully connected house" and it's on our list to continually add more in order to do so. Having the opportunity to experience a house like this has now made us even more excited about what all we will be adding to ours. 

The products ecobee featured in this house were the ecobee4 smart the romstat and the Switch+.  The Switch+ is the first smart light switch to come with built-in Amazon Alexa. You'll see in the video how easy it is to have it help with tasks while your hands (or even your mouth) are full. Have it play music or a podcast, control your lights, and even ordering pizza.
